If something is not right, you can return it. This page explains the 14-day right of withdrawal and how we handle refunds.
How to return
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We send you a prepaid return label for the EU and UK. Please pack the item in its original packaging where possible.
Refunds
We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method. We may deduct for diminished value if the goods were used beyond what is necessary to check them.
Damaged or wrong items
Send us a photo within 7 days and we ship a replacement or refund you in full, including any return shipping. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
