Terms & conditions

The product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, or at the latest when the goods are dispatched.

All prices shown to consumers include VAT at the applicable rate. The VAT amount contained in the total is shown in the cart and on the invoice. Delivery costs are shown before you place the order.

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. Depending on your country, local payment methods may be offered. The order is shipped once payment has been authorised.

EU and UK consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, unless an exception applies (for example personalised items or sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons). See the returns page for how to do it.

Statutory warranty rights apply and are not limited by these terms. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law provides.
